Primary Keyword Allocation in the Page

is it good practice to put primary keywords in meta tags (like meta title, meta description, etc), H2s, URL Slug, and First 100 words?
Sometimes it's fine as it fits naturally, but should we keep the same practice where it looks meaningless or should we use LSI and Semantic Keywords or secondary keywords?

I wouldn't do that. It's not needed and it's easily readable practice.
Keep your content value-centric, not keyword-centric...

When we try to keep it value-centric, we may miss the primary keyword and this sends generic signal to Google. how do tackle this?

We can place the keywords in the title, meta description, and h1 to h6 tags.
