I have experienced a decrease in ranking on my Google business profile

I have experienced a decline in my ranking on my Google business profile, from ranking 1-3 dropping to 10+, what is that due to? I previously bought reviews but that was a long time ago and once was just a little bit to look professional. before going down, I made changes and posted a post

Even if you bought reviews in the past, negative reviews can harm your ranking. Google rewards businesses that actively engage in responding to reviews or updating your profile regularly, it could have negatively impact your ranking

I was active at that time but my ranking continued to decline because my GMB posts had a lot of keyword stuffing, in the end I deleted my post, but it never rose in position. I've also updated posts, images, messages, reviews and I've even optimized everything gradually but it hasn't improved. Is there a tool to check the free and paid versions of GMB scores?

Review and Optimize Your Information: Ensure your business information is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date. This includes your business name, address, phone number, and hours of operation. Increase Engagement: Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews and respond promptly to all reviews, highlighting your commitment to customer satisfaction. Add Fresh Content: Regularly update your profile with new photos, special offers, and timely updates to keep your content fresh and engaging for viewers. Analyze Competitor Profiles: Look at higher-ranking competitors to identify what they might be doing differently, such as more reviews, better photos, or more detailed business descriptions. Utilize Google Posts: Take advantage of Google Posts within your Business Profile to communicate directly with your customer base, keeping your profile active and relevant.

I always update posts, photos, reviews and everything is guaranteed to be relevant, but why is it down? Is it because the content of my post is not of good quality, it uses more keywords, so there are too many keywords or what? can it be repaired?
