Elementor IsExternal and NoFollow

There must be links of internal pages in the menu which should not be attributed as nofollow. Your developer can resolve this.

If menu links are of internal pages then you should remove the nofollow etc. attributes from the links. Otherwise, those pages might not be crawled by search engines which is harmful for SEO.
