There is no harm in using the redacted URLs. Crawlers are getting data properly but at the client side the data is masked for privacy. More details are here,

I haven't made any configuration changes/adjustments, havent utilized this feature at all. Can I remove it? There isn't any sort of personal info..never has been. So not sure this has hapened. All I know is my ranking has tanked.
